What are the terms of the Return / Exchange Policy ?
Customers can exchange/return their order within 5 days after an order has been delivered. For Missing Products you have to report us within 24 Hrs.

Once we receive your request, a case ticket shall be generated and our executive shall review your case and shall provide you an amicable solution.
* For Any Products which is to be given , the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by Kawtuk Jewellery Or Seller.
Our Pick-up Executive will Pick up Order From Your Address.
Please put the product in its original packaging and seal it well. Make sure you bubble wrap it so that product doesn't get damaged during the return transit.
Return Request Can Be Rejected if
* Received Product is Not In Original Condition
* Any product that has been washed
* Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery
* If customer denies to accept the shipment, after the order has been shipped or is about to be delivered, then Kawtuk Jewellery is not responsible for any kind of refund or replacement.
The customer can only cancel the order within 12 hours of placing the order. No cancellations will be processed after 12 hours. If your product has shipped we may not be able to accept your cancellation request.
